Cancellation Policy – Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
However, because we sell exclusively digital products that are delivered immediately after payment (downloads), the following special rule applies:
Right of withdrawal expires early for digital content
According to § 312g para. 2 no. 1 German Civil Code (BGB) and Art. 16 lit. m of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts for the supply of digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium if:
- the consumer has expressly consented that we may begin with the performance of the contract before expiry of the withdrawal period, and
- the consumer has confirmed his/her knowledge that by giving his/her consent he/she loses the right of withdrawal upon commencement of the performance of the contract, and
- we have provided the digital content in full.
During checkout you will be asked to give this express consent by ticking the following checkbox:

If you do not tick this box, the order cannot be completed and the download will not start.
Exceptions – when you keep your right of withdrawal
In very rare cases (e.g. defective file, wrong product delivered) we will of course refund or replace the product even after download. Please contact us immediately at mazimm72@gmail.com
