We sell exclusively digital products (graphic templates, printables, digital papers, fonts and other downloadable files). Because of the nature of these products, we have a strict but fair refund policy.
1. No refunds after download
As soon as you start downloading a digital product and the file has been fully provided, the purchase is considered complete.
According to EU consumer law (§ 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 1 BGB and Art. 16 lit. m of the Consumer Rights Directive), the statutory right of withdrawal expires immediately for digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium if:
- you have given your express consent that we may begin with the delivery before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period, and
- you have confirmed that you are aware that your right of withdrawal expires upon starting the download.
You give this consent and confirmation by ticking the corresponding checkbox during checkout.
2. Exceptions – we still want you to be happy
We will gladly refund or replace your purchase in the following rare cases listed below:
- The download link is defective or the file is corrupted
- You accidentally purchased the same product twice within 24 hours
- You received the wrong product due to an error on our side
In these cases please contact us within 14 days of purchase at hello@manudesign.studio with your order number. We will fix the problem or refund you immediately (usually within 24–48 hours).
3. No refunds for „change of mind“
Because digital files can be copied, we cannot offer refunds if you simply change your mind, don’t like the style, or no longer need the product after the download.
