Thank you for choosing products from ManuDesignStudio! By purchasing or using our Quick Pages, Page Sets, digital planners (designed exclusively for personal use), or other digital elements like papers, overlays, templates, mats, and frames (called “Product”), you agree that the Product belongs to Manuela Zimmermann. We license it to you as a single user (one individual or entity) for personal, non-commercial use only.

What You Can Do

• Install and use the Product on one computer and one laptop.
• Modify the Product for personal, non-commercial purposes (e.g., scrapbooks, personal gifts, or non-profit projects).
• Use the Product in layouts for print or digital publications, with credit as: “Graphics © Manuela Zimmermann, ManuDesignStudio.”
• Share completed layouts online as flattened, low-resolution (72 DPI) images, with proper credit.
• Create backup copies for your personal use, stored on external drives or personal cloud storage inaccessible to others.

What You Cannot Do

• Share, loan, rent, resell, or distribute the Product or modified versions, individually or in a collection.
• Important: Digital planners from ManuDesignStudio must not be shared, sold, or distributed under any circumstances—they are for your personal use only.
• Use the Product on more than one computer and one laptop at once.
• Use the Product commercially (e.g., merchandise, print-on-demand) without our written permission.
• Post individual images online unless part of a flattened, completed layout.

Special Rules for Professionals

For Photographers

• You may create layouts, cards, or calendars for clients if you buy a license for each client.
• Provide clients with flattened, non-editable files (e.g., JPEG or PDF) to prevent unauthorized use.
• Keep records of which Products you purchase for each client.

For Web Designers and Book Producers

• Using the Product for web design, blogs, or hardcover books requires our permission. Contact us at mazimm72@gmail.com for details.

Other Commercial Uses

• Any commercial use not listed (e.g., merchandise, print-on-demand) needs our prior written approval.

Giving Credit

• When using the Product in publications or online, credit us as: “Graphics © Manuela Zimmermann, ManuDesignStudio.”

Our Liability Limits

• We are not responsible for any damages – direct, indirect, or otherwise – arising from using, misusing, or failing to use the Product, including software issues or third-party actions.

Ending Your License

• We can terminate your license if you break these terms. If terminated, you must stop using the Product and delete all copies.

Governing Law

• This TOU follows German laws. We resolve disputes in the courts of Cottbus, Germany.

Changes to Terms

• We may update these Terms of Use anytime. Find the latest version at https://manudesigns.com/digital-scrapbooking/terms-of-use/. Continued use means you accept the updates. We will notify you via email or a website notice.

Copyright Warning
